General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Duphaston helps development of fetus &also prevents abortion so it is given between day 18 to day 30th of period, which denotes possible conception after ovulation (here being stimulated by inj. Pubergen.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
