How Does Asthenospermia Affect Pregnancy?

I was suffering from asthenospermia; however, we conceived and 8th week of pregnancy is under way. Do we should avoid sex or continue to have sex with gap, comfortable position and slow jerks? Does asthenospermia affect pregnancy and lead to any complications?
