Last 29th June I started bleeding upto 11 days I got period after 2 months 5 days but I am feeling vomting sensation and changes in my body I told to doctor she did ultra scan she said she saw sac immediately blood test done it is negative.so what Is the purpose of sac am I preganant or not
Sac is gestational sac in which the embryo (baby) is growing. The very fact the sac is detected means you are pregnant. However, the pregnancy test is negative. It indicates that the baby inside the uterus is non-viable. So you could be having missed abortion.
Such pregnancies do not continue.
You may confirm the viability of the baby by Beta hCG test on the blood which is far more sensitive. Please ask your Obstetrician about it.
If the pregnancy is diagnosed as non-viable even with Beta hCG test, you will have to terminate the pregnancy. Continuing with such non-viable pregnancy carries a risk of complications like excessive bleeding, kidney failure, infection, etc.
Please report this discrepancy to your Obstetrician ASAP. She might repeat the scan to find whether the heart beats are located in the sac indicating the viability of the baby and accordingly will take the decision.
