How Do I Grow Taller?

My name is sein and I recently contacted the WWW.WWWW.WW site. I know it might be a scam but I would try to be wrong cz I want to grow taller. I m 22 years old and 176 cm. I want to grow taller for job opportunities. I ve sent a message to the site and they assured i can grow up to 3-4 inches by using a 6 month supplement which is 412 $ nearly. Is it possible? Some say can t grow taller after puberty, some say puberty isn t at 20 . Some sites say stretching exercises can make a person grow taller from the spine . The site told me the formula doesn t contain any growth hormones, some herbal ingredients maybe so I want to know ur opinion. Thanks in advance

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi Dear,

Good day.

I understand your concern and my request would be not to try any unscientific medicines. The bones in your body grow vertically only till the age of 18-22 years. However puberty is the age when one grows maximum ( 8- 14 years in girls and 9-15 years in boys ).

Bone has a growth plate in the end and there is a part of bone called epiphysis. Once the bone fuse with epiphysis, vertical growth is not possible physiologically. If one uses growth hormone etc after the fusion, the bone can only grow sideways. That will not help in height gain and is harmful.

Please consult an endocrinologist who can examine and advice you further.

Regards

Binu
