Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about this electrocution. Please, always try to take very good care of yourself when dealing with electricity appliances. Bleeding would preset with severe pain and a fall in blood pressure that would most likely send you rushing to the hospital. If you are at home and able to type, there is no internal bleeding.
