How Do I Keep From Bleeding On My Sheets?
I m 15 years old and I have REALLY heavy periods. I bleed a lot especially during the night and I don t want to bleed onto my sheets. I live with a foster family and I m embarrassed and nervous to ask my foster mother about it. Can anyone tell me what I should do to keep from bleeding on my sheets at night? I DO WEAR PADS ALREADY. I DON T LET MYSELF BLEED WITHOUT SOME PROTECTION!!!

overnight pads help alot...you may also like to put a towel on your bed its easier than washing you sheets
