How Can You Treat Burning Sensation In The Tongue And Dryness In The Eyes In A 62-year-old?
Hello, I understand you concern. The symptoms can be related to a fungal infection which is very common in patients with diabetes. I suggest to use gels for topical use such as Daktarin gel. I also recommend to drink liquids and stay hydrated. For the dryness in the eyes you can use artificial tears. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
