Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my answer.
You need to take her to a doctor or hospital as soon as possible as this much severe vomiting of 20 times per hour can cause severe electrolyte abnormality along with renal injury. She needs to be rehydrated. If she is taking orally, give her less fluids but more frequently, lowering the volume each time till she doesn't vomit as long as you take her to hospital. She might need admission after initial resuscitation .
Hope i answered your question. Feel free to ask if you need further assistance. Thanks.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hot environment with vomiting is dangerous for baby.
Continue breastfeed plus electrolyte solution and if baby, isn't tolerating it and vomiting please take baby immediately to local pediatrician she may need anti emetic. Make sure the concentration of ORS is as per recommendation on packet.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
