How Can Vision Be Improved?
My son is 4 years old. after dilation he has cylinderical number +2.00. Dr. asked to convert his cylinderical number into spherical number. Is this fine? or should he wear cylinder glasses? Is there any treatment or exercise or diet plan or tonic to improve his vision?

It seems from the history that your son is having refractive error in the form of astigmatism which requires correction by the use of spectacles.
This requires use of cylindrical power only as spherical power will not correct astigmatism.
Hence he needs yo wear cylindrical power glasses only.
