Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If even after taking the medications prescribed vaginal itching is there, you need to visit ER. Get all investigations for STD (Trichomoniasis, herpes, gonorrhoea, genital warts, chlamydia, etc.) done along with your partner. Weakened immune system causes chronic itching (Yeast infection). Avoid use of chemical irritants like douches, contraceptive foams, condoms, scented toilet paper, etc., as they cause irritation in the vulva & vagina. You can take vitamin E if you are in menopausal age, use estrogen cream locally. Your treatment will depend upon the STD reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
