Many mornings when I wake up very early, way before the alarm, there is this motor sound that continues and have a hard time falling back asleep. (This has been going on for about a year.) I, also, have a continuous ringing in my ears all day. Is there a cause for this and/or a cure?
Tinnitus needs to be evaluated with appropriate treatment it can be treated. The common causes for tinnitus are presence of wax in the ear, inner ear problems like Meniere's disease, vestibulitis... Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment.
