Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tinnitus can occur in different condition and the cause should be ruled out first. Is it associated with any hearing loss or vertigo? I hope the local ENT specialist has ruled out every cause of this. As for as tinnitus is concerned, there is no treatment of tinnitus. You need to ignore it or get adopted to it. You can use headphones for that or any other thing which can make you ignore it or minimize it like gossiping with friends or involving in other activities. All she need is supportive therapy.

Hope I have answered your query.
