How Can Testicular Pain Be Treated?

I’ve been having some testicular pain between 1 and 2 weeks. I just went to the er three days ago after passing out in my bathroom and i was dehydrated and having anxiety problems. Most of my pain is in my left testicle but I sometimes feel it in the surrounding area and my penis as well. I had what felt like a vein on my left testicle earlier but a while later I could no longer feel it. The pain comes and goes. What could be causing this? I’m 22.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In your case you can rule out Orchitis like testicular inflammation by local part USG scan.

If inflammation present than antibiotic course and anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed

Take care
