General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like you are suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. Get Blood (ESR, Sed rate, CRP, anti CCP) & Imaging tests done. Medications like NSAIDS, steroids, DMARDs are helpful. Regular exercise should be done to maintain the weight. The feet getting fiery hot is an indication of peripheral neuropathy, get all nerve tests done, get treated without delay. In the meantime take Vitamin B12 along with food rich in calcium & protein. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
