How Can Swelling Due To Cellulitis Not Affected By Antibiotics Be Reduced?

my wife 29 years old. she was suffered from cellulitis in her right hand index finger. she was treated with several antibiotics First five dayes doctor given cefixim 500mg for five day 2 times daily but condition was same. Then after he has given cloxaciline 500mg 3 times 5 Days but condition is same.Then after he has given Cefuroxime 500 mg for five days 2 times with Azithromicine 500mg single dose. Now medicine has finished and her pain has disapear but swilling is now also. I asked with paitent and she say she filling wail than earlier. how can i reduce her swelling?

Hi,

There seems to be improvement in her condition. It will take time to completely heal and swelling will eventually subside. NSAIDs with serratiopeptidase may decrease swelling in the mean time.
