How Can Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

I am spinal stenosis (have had a spinal fusion (L 3 and L 5). My left leg has a lot of pain. I am scheduled for a nerve conduction test. If there is nerve damage what can be done. If non nerve damage what can be done for pain. I am now taking Meloxicam 15 mg and get little help.
