Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From where your spinal fluid is leaking??
Leakage due to surgery??
Leakage due to trauma??
Leakage due to cribriform plate??
Leaking from spinal anesthesia site need subdural block with venous blood. If cribriform plate rupture need putting a patch endoscopically.
Due to trauma means need a surgery under what type of fracture you undergone.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
