You are having hypothyroidism and are on 150 mcg of thyronorm, have hypertension and taking telmisartan 40 mg for that. As per my opinion your problems have nothing to do with hypertension or hypothyroidism. You have problem of spermatorrhoea. I would like to know if this has been tested by urine test or its just passage of semen in urine. Most likely you are having Dhat syndrome and problem of premature ejaculation. I would advise you to consult a Psychiatrist for expert opinion. Dhat syndrome is a condition in which individuals start having belief that they pass semen while urination or during defecation. Medicine like Paroxetine have good results in Dhat Syndrome. Proper psycho-education about physiology of semen passage is needed to remove abnormal beliefs. For premature ejaculation drugs like Dapoxetine are used. Kegel's Exercise, Start-stop technique etc also have good results. Consult a psychiatrist for detailed treatment.
Thanks
