How Can Sloughing Of External Tissue After Influenza Be Remedied?

I am a 32 year old healthy male who lives in Central Florida. 4 days ago I was diagnosed with influenza. I'm finishing Tamiflu. Currently, my uvula, tonsils, and throat external tissues have sloughed off leaving the red irritated tissue. When I swallow it feels coarse and painful. how do I
remedy this sloughing situation.
