Hi,

First of all, if the scratch is deep and you do not have any skin specialist nearby then you can at least consult a General Physician or an Emergency room and get yourself checked.

If it is too deep then it can leave a scar initially that can gradually heal. For now, you can apply Silicone gel over it as it helps in reducing scar formation.

Also, you should avoid touching it again and again as it can also cause infection and delay healing. You can also apply coconut oil over it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
