How Can Severe Menstrual Cramps Leading To Loose Stools Be Treated?

Hello , I m 21 years old and have struggled with my periods since I started at 13 . My period this month is very painful I couldn t even walk without a stabbing pain in my lower abdominal , the cramps are severe and I feel very sick and have experienced loose stools all day . Last Christmas 1 week before I was due I collapsed in my bathroom and became very dizzy and did not know where I was . Is this normal ? Thank you !

it can be treated with antispasmodic analgesic.there is no satisfactory relief. get checked by gynecologist to exclude fibroid uterus and health of uterus. some time it is common with many owman. you are having anxiety neurosis. control your anxiety yoga and meditation may give some relief. take counseling from naturopath expert.
