i have had anxiety most of my life. It will get better for awhile and get worse again. i have been in therapy and it has not really helped. I take Lorazepam and have for several years it is really not working. It seems to help for a few hours and then when it wears off I am back to square one. What is the best way to deal with anxiety. What medication should i be taking.
