How Can Severe Acne On The Face And Back Be Treated?
Hello doctor. Im having acne for 7 years . Before acne was always on my face .now in last month i felt that acne pimples appearing on my flanks and back of the arm like triceps region. Color is black . Ance is crusty . I itch them and remove the heads. Im very worrying abt it . Plz tell me the best treatment . Thanks.

Wash the area with clear water and soap.
You can apply clindamycin lotion for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. In severe cases, drugs like tretinoin have to be started.
