How Can Salicylate Intolerance Be Treated?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with sulphite and salicylate intolerance which has been kept in check with Cetrizine Antihistamines over the last couple of years. However, my symptoms are getting worse and I am finding that I am taking up to 4 tablets a day. This seems a lot - however, I am now reacting to tap and bottled water ( which I naively thought was ok, but know I know contain natural sulfites). I am now getting to the stage where I am reluctant eat anything and existing on mainly dairy and protein with limited vegetables. I don t know where to turn to or what I can do. Your advice would be most welcome. Thank you very much.
