How Can Red Blotches On The Upper Thigh Be Treated?

For the past month and a half I have had large red blotches on my upper front thigh and a few smaller on my knee, now they seem to be starting smaller on my left leg also. They do not hurt, itch, or anything, just there. Now the right leg seems to be getting cream color in the center of the blotch, as if it were trying to heal? I have had sciatica in that leg and do excersises daily to prevent it from coming back.
