How Can Rashes And Bulging Veins Be Treated?

I am camping this weekend and I have developed almost a rash but it's not bumpy it's red and honeycomb or spiderweb shaped and it's on the inside of my knee. I know it's not vericose veins and not spider veins... I am just wondering if I should seek medical attention or wait till Monday am

I studied your query in full details updated from you.I understood your health concerns.
Based on the query data, In my opinion as you are very sure of these rashes / bulging veins are not varicose and spider veins,while you are camping in weekend,I would suggest to treat it on prima facie or/ tentative diagnosis to be confirmed after the campend.
Tentative treat for the Probable diagnosis -
-Tab Levocetrizine- 5mgx 2 times a day would take care of rashes you got.
If they don't go,then possibility of Varicose Short saphenous problem is more probability.
This would need Color doppler and needful treatment from Surgeon / and from Vascular Surgeon.
Hope this would resolve your query.
