i am 45 year old male married and 2 children,my problem is premature ejaculation i have identified the problem oversensitivity on penis head when i use desensitive creames its ok i can do a good sex i do not have any other problem , how can i overcome from this problem any permenent solution you can advise,please advise if any medicine or creame name which is avaiable in dubai,

Premature ejaculation is a distressing psycho-sexual problem. Most common reasons behind premature ejaculation is anxiety and poor knowledge of intercourse. Local creams usually doesn't solve the problems as they just provide psychological relief.

I would advise you to visit a psychiatrist for treatment for proper treatment. In most cases diverting mind during intercourse helps to delay ejaculation. Relaxation exercises, Kegal's exercises, Start-stop technique by Master and Johnson's helps to delay the ejaculation. Visit a psychologist for details.

If symptoms don't improve then visit a psychiatrist for medicines. Medicines like SSRIs as Dapoxetine helps to delay ejaculation. The drug should be taken on SOS basis about 1 hour before intercourse. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.
