How Can Panic Attacks Be Treated?

I am 31years old and was on escaloprolan and topramate. I was on clonazepam before this. they tried paxil which I gained 40 pounds I have frequent panic attacks and cannot conrol them I am special needs and had clonazepam from pevious and seem to do better with latter combo. is it safe beem to neuro pschciatrist sociopsych and no one seems to help

it is necessary to continue escitalopram

also try cognitive behavioral therapy for panic attacks
