How Can Painful Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

I’m a female and currently 23 years old. I have had painful but manageable external hemorrhoids, off and on, since high school. So here’s my delima: the most enjoyable part of my sex life is anal sex. I had hemorrhoids long before I became sexually active, so they weren’t caused by anal sex. Anal also doesn’t appear to make the hemorrhoids worse. Anal is also 100% pain free for me. I only participate between flare ups. Is this okay? I really don’t want to give this up, but I don’t want to make things worse in the future.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Don't eat spicy and commercial products. Eat healthy food and apply Xylocaine jelly at anal site. Drink more water Eat homemade food.

If you have pain then consult a surgeon and do surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
