How Can Pain In The Hips And Ribs Be Treated?

I had a hip injury 3 years ago, car accident . Since then I have had issues with the front right leg where my leg meets my hip it hurts when I bend down impingement . I did go to physical therapy for many months I did feel better for a little while. I exercise 5 days a week and have not been able to run for 2 plus years when I run the inside of my right knee hurts. Then my right hip hurts. For the past few weeks my leg pain has increased and moves to many areas of my leg whether i am standing sitting or walking. It feels like an ache then it feels numb. Should I see a chiropractor, a surgeon or go to ortho now.
