Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain in the gums and chronic fatigue . There can be many reason for pain in gum like cyst , localized infection or trauma. I would suggest you to do warm saline rinses and maintain proper hygiene. Also eat soft food and take acetaminophen for pain. Consult dentist if symptoms persist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory. Also consult for viral infection . Doctor may prescribe antiviral drug. Keep yourself hydrated and drink plenty of water.
