I will suggest you try the following: *Take a pain drug like aceclofenac or stronger pain drug if pain too intense *A myorelaxant like miorel *Eat well and healthy with enough vegetables *Remain active *Cold/heat therapy *You may hire a physiotherapist for massage If these measures do not help, you see the Doctor for investigation and different treatment options like: Anti-seizure drugs, anti-depresants, steroid shots.
