How Can Pain In The Anus And Right Testicle Be Treated?

Hi I am 45 years old, male and I have anal pain whenever the is increased frequency of sex (hetro). Discomfort on right testicles, discomfort radiate on right side thigh, developed anal fissure and bleeding. I am 95% convinced that sexual activity, testicular discomfort and anal fissure are somewhat related. please advice?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you are doing anal sex than definitely fissure can develop. Infective condition of testes need to be ruled out by USG scan. Investigate with CBC as well. If Orchitis present in USG than antibiotic course and anti-inflammatory drug prescribed.
