What Causes Severe Testicle Pain Along With Anal Pain?

ive been having left testicular pain, with no swelling, no abnormal lumps that i can feel, for around 4 months, and now it seems the pain maybe referring to my anus, im having normal bowell movements but there is pressure around my anus, possible hernia??

I do understand your pain and discomfort



“As” per your history is concerned you should not be worried at all. Do a physical examination with your treating doctor and he will check your prostate gland.he will advise you a urine culture and aerodynamic tests.

He will advise you an antibiotic, alpha blocker, NSAIDS, etc as per urine report.[All medications are prescription drugs] Along with it you can do little life style change like-



1)soke in a warm bath (sitz bath)

2)Avoid alcohol, spicy and acidic foods

3)Avoid prolonged sitting in one place and if you sit use a pillow

4)Avoiding cycling
