How Can Pain Around The Ribs Be Treated?

I injured the right side of my lower rib cage pulling a pull start leaf blower about 2 weeks ago, I had some soreness and pain and it got better. When rolling over in bed I felt a crack and it hurt and then got better. Today out working in the yard I felt a crack again and now it hurts to walk and bend over also to get up out of a chair, I feel some heat and an aching in that area. Are there organs in that area that are in danger of being harmed? If my rib is out of place is there a way to get it back aligned?

i have gone through your complaints and under stand your concern.
ribs fracture can heal spontaneously with rest and rib belt. if treated adequately.
u should get an xray done to find out whats wrong..
take analgesics and anti inflammatory tablets.
