How Can Pain And Swelling In The Feet Be Treated?

Two days ago, I banged the top of my foot really hard on the corner edge of my bed frame; resulting in a 3/4 inch gash onthe top of my foot as well as deep swelling on top of my foot. The swelling has become increasingly painful and the bruise seems to be spreading as well.

It's better you get an x ray foot done...if swelling and pain is there...it may b ligament injury or may b a fracture..or nag be a sprain...it's better u apply diclo gel ointment...and give ice pack compression..and put ankle binder....I hope this resolved you're issue's....
