How Can Osteoporosis In The Right Hip Be Treated?

I fractured my L1 L2 T 6 and my sacrum bones & 2 pelvic bones. I have Osteoperosis in my right hip not my spine. I have had my sacrum bones glued. I also have now periferal nerve damage in my feet . Can I have an operation to help my stomach from protruding to help me feel better with my constipation & back strength. I do strength training with free weights & walk a mile most days.

As per your description you are having severe osteoporosis.
Hip replacement (Arthroplasty) is the best treatment for this.
As of now you can try drugs like Alendronate.
Consult an orthopedician and he will direct you to various treatment options.
