How Can Advanced Osteoporosis Be Treated Apart From Taking Prolia Shots?

I have advanced osteoporosis and have been on evry drub, including prolia, shots doe two years, ean still have advanced osteoporosis, My doctors say nthing has helped it improve-and i've lost 2" and am only 65.
I am small. my mother had two hip fractures, 65, etx-all things leading to advanced osteoporosis, What so I do

Prolia contains 'denosumab', which is a monoclonal antibody.
Monoclonal antibodies are made to target and destroy only certain cells in the body and it helps to protect healthy cells from damage.
It is used to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who have high risk of bone fracture.
Common side effects of Prolia include: dermatitis, eczema and skin rash.
Kindly take the medication as advised. Along with it it would be better to supplement other elements like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and Vitamin D, which would aid in strengthening of bones and help in preventing fractures.
