How Can Osteoporosis Be Treated?

What drug would you recommend for the treatment of osteoporosis? It was recommended that I not take Fosomax because I already take protonix for acid stomach. The reading I have done for Prolia and Reclast describe side effects that seem worse than the osteoporosis.
