Hi welcome to HCM,
Pain in your case should be evaluated to look for any ongoing MI.So immediately get a 24 Holter ECG,2 D ECHO,ECG with magnet, lipid profile, chest x ray, complete blood picture. Also monitor BP and heart rate regularly.Meanwhile drugs like ultracet and gabapentin can be helpful in your case.Continue your medication as prescribed by your cardiologist.Do not stop taking your drugs without your doctor's advise. Also get lipid profile ,2 D echo,ECG for every 6 months.Consult your cardiologist for further queries and expert management.
Thankyou.
