Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It is a type of t cell lymphoma. Nasal T cell lymphomas respond well to local radiation therapy. Radical dose of 5500 cGy or more for wide sinonasal involvement is recommended. Please consult your oncologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
