Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern
Motion sickness affects many people.Sitting on the front passenger seat in a car may help reduce severity of symptoms but it does not work with everybody. The following tips may help you control symptoms:
-Focus on the horizon or on a distant, stationary object
-Keep your head still, while resting against a seat back
-Don't smoke or sit near smokers
-Avoid spicy and greasy foods and alcohol.
-take an over-the-counter antihistamine like curtec
-Eat dry crackers or drink a carbonated beverage to help settle your stomach if you become ill.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns
Best regards
