Dear sister,

The first step is to identify that there is a problem, and congratulations, you taken it on your road to recovery.

Sit down with your near and dear ones, and open your heart out. Talk. Pour out your soul. Breathe. Listen. Love. Laugh.

and yes. Realise something is wrong, and visit a clinical psychologist. Or better still, a psychiatrist. They will sort out things for you.
Have the courage to take specialist help.

regards
