What Causes Anxiety Along With Lack Of Confidence And Motivation?

Well, I m 18 and I have two problems. My first is I worry too much and doubt myself. I believe I have no self confidence and anxiety. The second is I do not have motivation and determination to do anything. I know I m lazy. I don t have a license, or permit, no job, and not applied to a college. Can my laziness be related to anything? Maybe anxiety?

**

1. anxiety along with low self esteem can be grouped under GAD [generalised anxiety disorder] and to mange the same one has to take a detail family history of the same [since it also runs in families], and one has to ascertain as to which part i.e. work-social-family life it is affecting the most.

2. since drug therapy is generally only a palliative treatment, one has to look into cognitive [to identify and counteract negative thoughts] and behavioral strategies [yoga/meditation]

3. Since the said problems can be grouped under major generalized disorder, thus Dietary Regime and Lifestyle management along with Medicine can be incorporated according to “manovaha srotas vyadhi”

. Avoid: alcohol, pepper, spices, mustard oil, pickles, rye, spicy food, anger, grief, fear, late night waking, garlic, ginger, onion
. Take: mint, coriander, tomato, and cumin, plenty of water, vitamins and mineral supplements, apple, banana, grapes, dates

. Lemon juice mixed with sugar in a glass of water helps release stress removing hormones from the body and bring mind at peace/rest.
. Apple, almond, banana, broccoli, cantaloupe, melon, carrot, cashew nut, corn, cauliflower, grapes, guava, lemon, mango, orange, pineapple, soybean, spinach have anti oxidant and detoxifying properties so take them in plenty.
