How Can Lab Tests Be Normal With Worsening Symptoms?

I have a question about adrenal, thyroid, prescription meds and symptoms. I have had so many tests done to try and find out what exactly is messing with me. Docs rely on blood serum tests at a Military treatment Facility to pinpoint a diagnosis. However, symptoms are not getting better and labs come back normal (according to the scales they use.
