Harpic has been consumed along with kerosene . the same was noticed after 4 hours. patient has been admitted. Doctor syas liver & other parts have damaged due to long gap between consumption & hospitalization. doctor says out of danger, but how to analyse the exact situation? patient is in ICU & we are unable to meet

Yes, there are possibilities of liver or renal damage due to consumption. It also could be ulcers formation along the GI tract.
The situation is assessed with liver function tests and renal function tests. These patients may also develop metabolic acidosis and myoglobinuria.
