How Can Indigestion And Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

I have severe indigestion problem and due to this the gas is formed and my stomach get bloated. This problem has been persisting more than five years. However I have noticed when excretion is not occurred and I smoke cigarette then excretion is occurred. Why this happen when I smoke excretion occurred.??? I have tried many medicines and also homeopathic . From yesterday I am using Unienzyme . Is it will cure my problem?
