How Can I Loose Weight?

Hey Doctor, I hope you will be in good health. I always do running to reduce my belly stomach and it's helpful but, want to build face structure just like a body builder. Please suggest me to lose my weight and be looking smart always.

Thanks for the query.

For weight loss please follow the undermentioned tips and get your day to day menu planned by a experienced Nutritionist .

1. Drink 10-12 glasses of water every day
2. Take 6 small and frequent meals
3. Increase fiber in your diet in form of whole wheat atta, green vegetables, salad.
4. Avoid all fried and junk food items
5. Always eat seasonal fruits and vegetables
6. Eat Slow , take atleast 15-20 minutes in finishing 1 meal
7. Don't drink water just before and after meals
8. Restrict alcohol intake
9. Include complex carbohydrate in your meals and rich sources of protein. Avoid meat, mutton, lamb ..
10. Introduce green tea in your daily menu
