weight loss please follow the undermentioned tips and get your day to day menu planned by a experienced Nutritionist .
1. Drink 10-12 glasses of water every day
2. Take 6 small and frequent meals
3. Increase fiber in your diet in form of whole wheat atta, green vegetables, salad.
4. Avoid all fried and junk food items
5. Always eat seasonal fruits and vegetables
6. Eat Slow , take atleast 15-20 minutes in finishing 1 meal
7. Don't drink water just before and after meals
8. Restrict alcohol intake
