General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The exact normal range varies slightly from one lab to the next but in general it would be approximately 0.4 to 4.
As you stated, this would mean that your TSH is within normal range but if you wish to definitely find out if your thyroid hormone levels are low, you can ask your doctor to check the thyroid hormone levels specifically - T4 and T3. This can be done by your GP or family doctor.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
