How Can High Fever While Suffering From Typhoid Be Treated?

Respected doctor, Please suggest me..... My daughter (8 years) is suffering from typhoid fever.Doctor prescribed Cefolac 200. Now she is having high temperature please guide me ....Can I give Paracetamol tablet now? Waiting for your valuable reply please.

you can give her brufen syrup and monitor her temperature, if it gets worse she might need a visit to her pediatrician again
